By accessing and using Product Compass ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Product Compass provides AI-powered tools for product managers, including TrueProblem, TrueRank, and TrueSpec. The Service helps users frame problems, prioritize features, and create product specifications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Limits

Free tier users are limited to 3 uses per tool per month. Paid subscribers have unlimited access according to their subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The content you create using Product Compass belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service. The Service itself, including all software, designs, and trademarks, remains our property.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 14-day guarantee period
  • Partial month subscriptions
  • Refunds requested due to violation of terms

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
